After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message and email to verify that your order has been successfully processed.
Unfortunately, you cannot modify the items in your order once it has been placed. If you need to add or remove items, please place a new order for the additional items. To remove items from your current order, contact us at team@vokka.in.

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Typically, delivery takes between 5-7 working days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, may extend delivery times.
Yes, Vokka Perfumes reserves the right to change, withdraw, cancel, or revoke any offer without prior notice to the customer.
Orders can be canceled only before they have been dispatched or within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. For assistance, please email us at team@vokka.in.
